Chap. XIX.— An Act for the relief of Leffert Lefferts and others. April 18, 1794. *Be it enacted, &c., * That it shall and may be lawful for the collector Collector of New York to remit certain duties.for the district of New York, to remit to Leffert Lefferts, Thomas Carpenter, Jeremiah Condy, and William Condy, owners of the brigantine called Susan and Polly, the duties and imposts of tonnage, which may be incurred in consequence of the incompetent or invalid register of the said brigantine: Provided they shall obtain, within one hundred and twenty days, a new register for the said brigantine, in the manner prescribed by law. Approved, April 18, 1794.
