Chap. XIX.— An Act *to extend the time for selling the lands granted to the incorporated, Kentucky Asylum fur teaching the Deaf and Dumb.* April 14, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the further time of five years, from and afterFurther time allowed for the sale of lands. the time heretofore allowed, be, and the same is hereby, allowed and permitted the trustees of the Centre College of Kentucky, who are also trustees of the Kentucky Asylum for teaching the deaf and dumb, to sell the lands heretofore granted said trustees, for the use and benefit of said Asylum,Proviso. by any act of Congress heretofore passed: *Prodded*, That if that portion of the said township of land which has been located in the state of Arkansas be not sold within two years from the fifth day of April, eighteen hundred and forty-two, the same shall revert to the United States, and be subject to be disposed of by the President of the United States as other public lands, any act of Congress to the contrary notwithstanding.
