XIX.— An Act *for the relief of Joseph Hall.*March 2, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Joseph Hall,Patent fees to be refunded. out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, thirty dollars, that sum having been paid into the treasury by the said Joseph Hall, for a patent for a water-wheel, which on examination was found to have been patented to others, and not taken out by him.
