Chap. XIX.— An Act for the relief of John Kimberlin.March 24, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is authorized and required to pay to John Kimberlin of Indiana, Payment for provision and forage. the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, being for provision and forage furnished to certain volunteers in the year one thousand eight hundred and twelve. Approved, March 24, 1834.
