Chap. XIX.— An Act for the relief of Orson Sparks, and John Watson. Feb. 11, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Orson Sparks, the sum of forty-five dollars, and to John Watson the sum ofTo be paid for horses lost. sixty dollars, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated; the value of two horses lost by them during the late war, while in the service of the United States. Approved, February 11, 1830.
