Chap. XIV.— An Act for the relief of Sampson S. King. Feb. 4, 1819. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasury department be, and they are hereby, authorized to settle the accountAccount to be settled, &c. of Major Sampson S.
