Chap. XIV.— An Act *for the relief of Lieutenant John E. Bispham.* March 2, 1841. *Be it enacted, &c*., That there be paid to Lieutenant John E. To be paid the sum awarded to him as one of the captors of a piratical felucca.Bispham, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twenty-nine dollars and sixteen cents, the amount awarded to him by Congress, as one of the captors of a piratical felucca, taken in the West Indies, in eighteen hundred and twenty-three, and transferred to the treasury by reason of his non-claim within the time limited by law.
