Chap. XIV.— An Act for the relief of William Cloyd. March 10, 1828. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he To be paid the amount of a fine improperly assessed.is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to William Cloyd, the sum of ninety-six dollars, the amount of a fine improperly assessed and paid by him, for not performing a tour of duty in the military service of the United States during the late war. Approved, March 10, 1828.
