XII.— An Act *granting a pension to David Waller.* March 19, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. directed to cause the name of David Waller to be placed upon the re- 826 TWENTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17. 1842. 827 volutionary pension roll of the United States, and to pay him a pension, at the rate of sixty dollars per annum, from the fourth day of March eighteen hundred and thirty-one, during his natural life.
