XII.— An Act *to remunerate the captors of the privateer Lydia.*Feb. 6, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the treasuryAllowance for capturing a privateer. not otherwise appropriated, to David Robinson, Ebenezer Robinson, James Robinson, and John Robinson, or to their or either of their heirs or assigns, the sum of one thousand dollars, as a remuneration for the capture of the privateer Lydia, at Robinson’s island, in the year eighteen hundred and thirteen.
