Chap. XII.— An Act *for the relief of Humphrey B. Gwathmey.* Jan. 27, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the collector of the port of Baltimore be authorized and required to issue a certificate of debenture to HumphreyA certificate of debenture to be issued. B. Gwathmey, of the firm of Roy and Gwathmey, for the amount of drawback of duties on one hundred and eighty-two bales of cotton, imported into the port of Baltimore on the twenty-fifth day of October, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, in the schooner Silas Wood, from Santa Martha, and shipped for exportation to Liverpool, in the following month of November, on board the British barque Grace.
