Chap. XI.— An Act *for the relief of Jean B. Valle.*Feb. 6, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That Jean B. Valle, assignee of Elizabeth Petchaka, be, and he hereby is, authorized to locate one half section ofAuthorized to loonie a tract of land. land, in legal subdivisions, upon any of the public lands subject to private entry within the state of Missouri, in lieu of the like quantity of land granted to the said Elizabeth Petchaka, by the seventh article of the treaty between the United States and the Delaware nation of Indians, made and concluded on the third day of October, in the year eighteen hundred and eighteen. Approved, February 6, 1839.
