Chap. XCVIII.— An Act for the relief of John Abraham Willink. March 3, 1827. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be allowed to John Abraham Willink Drawback allowed on sugar.the benefit of drawback upon one hundred and eighty-two boxes of brown Havana sugar, exported in the brig Pilgrim, from New York to Antwerp, in the year eighteen hundred and twenty-three, in the same manner as if the said John A. Willink had executed the export bond within the time prescribed by law; the said John A. Willink complying, in all other respects, with the provisions of the several laws in such case made and provided. Approved, March 3, 1827.
