Chap. XCVIII.— An Act for the relief of the heirs of Johnston Blakeley. March 3, 1823. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasury3028 dollars 64 cents to be passed to his credit. department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pass to the credit of the account of Johnston Blakeley, late a captain in the United States’ Navy, the sum of three thousand and twenty-eight dollars and sixty-four cents, being the amount of moneys advanced to the said Blakeley, before the first day of May, eighteen hundred and fourteen, for the use of the United States’ Navy. Approved, March 3, 1823.
