Chap. XCVII.— An Act for the relief of the heirs of Doctor Samuel Kennedy. May 25, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting 6fficers of the treasurySeven years’ half pay as surgeon allowed. be, and they are hereby, required to settle and adjust the accounts of the heirs of Doctor Samuel Kennedy, and allow to them seven years’ half-pay for their father’s services as surgeon in the revolutionary war, who died in the service on the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand seven hundred and seventy-eight; to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, May 25, 1832
