Chap. XCVI.— An Act for the relief of William Garrard. June 10, 1812. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper officers of the treasury departmentOfficers of the Treasury to pay him $1500. be, and they are hereby, authorized and required to pay to William Garrard the additional sum of one thousand five hundred dollars, in consideration of his services as a land commissioner in the territory of Orleans; which shall be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, June 10, 1812.
