March 2, 1831. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required toplace the name of William Delzell, onTo be placed on pension list. the list of revolutionary pensioners, and to pay him at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-one.
