Chap. XCIX.— An Act *for the relief of William S. Colquhoun.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury is herebyPayment for services in department of Commissary General of supplies. authorized and required to pay to William S. Colquhoun, six hundred and eighty-seven dollars and fifty cents, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated; the same being in full discharge of all that is due to the said William S. Colquhoun, for all the services rendered by him in the department of the Commissary General of supplies, from the tenth day of December, in the year eighteen hundred and nineteen, to the twenty-seventh day of July, in the year eighteen hundred and twenty-one.
