Chap. XCIV.— An Act for the relief of Ninian Pinkney. May 28, 1812. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the secretary of war be, and he is hereby,Allowance to him. directed to allow to Ninian Pinkney, a captain in the army of the United States, in the settlement of his account, the sum of seven hundred and forty-three dollars and sixty cents, for services rendered as brigade inspector, from the twentieth of August, one thousand eight hundred and eight, to the thirty-first of May, one thousand eight hundred and ten. Approved, May 28, 1812.
