XCIV.— An Act *for the relief of Mary Perkins.* July 20, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That Mary Perkins, of the county of Williams, in the state of Ohio, be, and she is hereby, authorized to enter, within Authorized to enter certain land.twelve months after the passage of this act, with the register and receiver of the land office at Lima, in said state, the following tract of land, to wit: the west fraction of the south-east quarter of section numbered twenty-one, in township numbered one, north of range five east, in the Lima land district, Ohio, she paying therefor, as other purchasers’ the price of one dollar and twenty-five cents per acre.
