Chap. XCIII.— An Act for the relief of James Belger. March 2, 1831. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to place the name of James Belger on the listTo be placed on pension list. of invalid pensioners, and to pay him at the rate of four dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one.
