Chap. XCII.— An Act for the relief of Mareen Duval. May 18, 1824. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay Mareen Duval, or his representative,Payment to him for provisions, &c. out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty-seven dollars eighteen cents, in full for provisions purchased by said Duval, of Joseph Harris, in the year one thousand eight hundred and twelve, and furnished to a regiment of Ohio militia, at their rendezvous, at Steubenville, commanded by said Duval. Approved, May 18, 1824.
