Chap. XCI.— An Act for the relief of Benedict Joseph Flaget, bishop of Bardstown, in the state of Kentucky. May 20, 1826. *Be it enacted, &c., * Duties due upon certain vestments, &c. remitted. That the duties due and payable on certain vestments, furniture, and paintings, imported into the United States by Benedict Joseph Flaget, bishop of Bardstown, in the state of Kentucky, for the use of the church over which he presides, and recently entered at the custom-house in the city of New York, be, and the same are hereby, remitted. Approved, May 20, 1826.
