Chap. XC.— An Act for the relief of George Buckmaster. March 3, 1817. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the accountant of the navy department be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to audit and settle the claimClaim for whale boats to be settled. of George Buckmaster, on account of whale-boats furnished the United States at New York, by order of General George Izard, and to allow him, in the settlement thereof, the value of the said boats. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted, *That the amount thereof, whenAppropriation. so ascertained, shall be paid to the said George Buckmaster, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1817.
