Chap. XC.— An Act for the relief of John Heck. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That John Heck be, and he is hereby, releasedReleased from a judgment against him. from a judgment obtained against him, as the surety of Nicholas Krehl, late a Postmaster at Shippingsburg, by the Postmaster-General, for the 334 EIGHTEENTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 91, 92, 94. 1825. Proviso.use of the United States: *Provided,* That the said Heck shall pay the legal costs which have accrued in the prosecution of said demand. Approved, March 3, 1825.
