Chap. X.— An Act *for the relief of J. McFarlane.* Feb. 13, 1845. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be authorized and required to settle the accounts of J. McFarlane, as hospital surgeonAccounts to be settled. at the port of New Orleans during the year one thousand eight hundred and forty-one, on the same principles as were applied to the settlement of similar accounts before the treasury order of December twelfth, one thousand eight hundred and forty, was issued. Approved, February 13, 1845.
