X.— An Act *for the relief of Joshua Drew.* January 20, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby,Amount of a certain fine to be refunded. directed to pay to Joshua Drew, of Duxbury, in the state, of Massachusetts, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and forty dollars, being the amount of a fine collected from him by the collector of the port of New Orleans, for a supposed violation of the law relative to return seamen.
