X.— An Act *for the relief of the heirs and legal representatives of John Grimball, senior, deceased.*May 2, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the heirs and legal representatives of John Grimball, senior, deceased, be, and they are hereby, authorized to locateAuthorized to locate land. two hundred and twenty-three and one-fourth acres, or one and a half quarter sections of land, not exceeding that quantity in the Opelousas land district, in the state of Louisiana, upon any unreserved and unappropriated land in said district.
