VIII.— An Act *for the relief of Doctor William Baker, of the District of Columbia.* Feb. 17, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That there be paid, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixty dollars to Dr. WilliamPayment for surgical services. Baker, of the District of Columbia, for surgical services rendered by him to British prisoners of war, left at Washington, in August, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.
