Chap. VIII.— An Act for the relief of Charlotte Hazen, widow and relict of the late Brigadier-General Moses Hazen. Jan. 23, 1805. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Annual pension allowed to Charlotte Hazen, widow of Brig. Gen. Hazen. That there be allowed to Charlotte Hazen, widow and relict of the late Brigadier-General Moses Hazen, for her support, the annual sum of two hundred dollars, during her life, to commence from the fourth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and three; and that the sum hereby granted be paid to her the said Charlotte, in the same manner, and under the same rules, regulations and restrictions, as pensions are paid to invalids who have heretofore been placed on the pension-list of the United States.
