Chap. VII.— An Act for the relief of Matthew Barrow. Jan. 28, 1820. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid to Matthew Barrow, out of any unappropriated money in the treasury of the United States, the$309.19 to be paid to him. sum of three hundred and nine dollars and nineteen cents; which sum was expended by the said Barrow in defence of a prosecution at the suit of Absalom Page, for property impressed by him, in and for the service of the United States, during the late war with Great Britain. Approved, January 28, 1820.
