Chap. VII.— An Act for the reliefof Joel Earwood. Jan. 22, 1818. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the receiver of public moneys for the districtAllowed to transfer moneys to any entry of land, &c. of lands offered for sale at Jeffersonville be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to permit Joel Earwood to transfer, to any entry of lands he may make in said district, any moneys he may have paid into said office, on the north-east quarter of section numbered twenty-one, of township six, and range nine east, in said district; and the register of the said land office shall permit the said Earwood to withdraw his entry for the quarter section aforesaid. Approved, January 22, 1818.
