Chap. VII.— An Act for the relief of Joseph Eaton, an assistant surgeon in the army of the United States.Jan. 14, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the sum of seven hundred and eighty-five dollars and twenty-one cents be paid to Joseph Eaton, an Assistant Allowed for quarters. Surgeon in the army, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to reimburse him for expenditures made by him for quarters not furnished to him when he was on duty at Fort Preble, in the state of Maine, from the first of September, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-one, to twenty-second of July, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-seven. Approved, January 14, 1833.
