Chap. VII.— An Act for the relief of Joel Byington. Jan. 30, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Joel Byington, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated,Payment for damage done to his house and barn. the sum of two hundred and eighty-two dollars and sixteen cents, in full for the damage done to the house and barn of the said Byington, while in the military service of the United States, during the late war. Approved, January 30, 1830.
