Chap. VI.— An Act to extend certain privileges therein mentioned to Joseph Joshua Dyster. Feb. 5, 1810. *Be it enacted, &c., * That two years’ residence, as required by an act, entitled “An act to extend the privilege of obtaining patents for usefulAct of April 17, 1800, ch. 25, discoveries and inventions, to certain persons therein mentioned, and to enlarge and define the penalties for violating the right of patentees,” shall not be required of Joseph Joshua Dyster, to enable him to obtain a patent for any discovery he has made in constructing iron bridges, and applicable to other architectural purposes; but he shall obtain a patent therefor on his conforming to the other requisitions of said act.
