Chap. VI.— An Act for the relief of Seth Harding, late a captain in the navy of the United States. Feb. 6, 1807. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the secretary of the navy be, and hereby is directed to place upon the navy list of invalid pensioners of the UnitedA pension allowed. States, Seth Harding, late a captain in the navy of the United States, who has been so disabled in the line of his duty, while in service, that he is unable to support himself by labor: and who shall be entitled to receive one half his monthly pay of a captain in the navy, to commence from the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and four, agreeably to the provisions contained in the act, entitled “An act forAct of April 23, 1800, ch. 33. the better government of the navy of the United States.
