Chap. VI.— An Act for the relief of John B. Lemaitre, junior. Jan. 6, 1829. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the SecretaryDrawback on playing cards allowed him. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to allow to John B. Lemaitre, junior, of New York, the privilege of exporting with the benefit of drawback, fourteen trunks of Spanish playing cards, imported into the port of New York in the month of June, eighteen hundred and twenty-six, in the ship Edward Bonaffe, and the ship Lewis, from Havre, under and subject to the existing provisions of the laws of the United States in other cases.
