Chap. V.— An Act for the relief of Jonathan B. Eastman. Jan. 17, 1816. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the war Account to be settled, &c.department be, and they are hereby authorized to audit and settle the accounts of Jonathan B. Eastman, district pay-master of the lakes, and to allow him, in the settlement thereof, such credits as may appear equitable and just. Approved, January 17, 1816.
