Chap. V.— An Act for the relief of Aaron Fitzgerald. Jan. 13, 1831. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of War be directed to place Aaron Fitzgerald on the pension list during life, at twelve dollars perTo be placed on pension list. month, instead of the pension which he now receives. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted, *That there be paid to the said Aaron Fitzgerald the sum of three hundred and sixty-one dollars andPayment to him, difference of pensions. sixty-six cents, being the difference between six dollars per month actually allowed him as a pension, and eight dollars per month which ought to have been allowed him from the twenty-first of February, one thousand eight hundred and fifteen, to the eleventh of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty; and that the said sum be paid to him out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
