Chap. V.— An Act for the relief of Jonathan Haskill. Feb. 19, 1799. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the accounting officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby directed to credit and allow to Jonathan Haskill,Allowance to Jonathan Haskill. the sum of two hundred and fifty-eight dollars and twenty-five cents, placed in his hands for the use of a detachment of troops under his command, and by him lost, in the month of September, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-one. Approved, February 19, 1799.
