LXXX.— An Act *for the relief of Christopher Clark.*April 20, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War liquidate the claims of Christopher Clark,Payment for provisions furnished, &c now presented against the United States, for provisions furnished recruits and troops in the service of the United States during the late war, and for money expended in hiring boats, and for other purposes necessary for the public service; and that the amount so found due be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
