Chap. LXXVII.— An Act for the relief of George Johnston. March 2, 1831. *Be it enacted, &c., * That George Johnston be, and he hereby is,Released from a judgment against him as surety. released from the effects of the judgment obtained against him by the United States, in the Circuit Court of the United States for the first judicial district, as one of the sureties of Benjamin F. Bourne, late a Purser in the Navy of the United States. Approved, March 2, 1831.
