Chap. LXXVI.— An Act for the relief of John de Castinado. March 3, 1817. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the additional accountant of the War Department be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to settle the claimAccount to be settled. of John de Castinado, on account of wood and hay taken for the use of the army, and to allow him the value thereof. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted, *That the amount thereof, whenAppropriation. so ascertained, shall be paid to the said Castinado, or his representative, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, March 3, 1817.
