Chap. LXXVI.— An Act for the relief of William P. Bennet, of the State of New York. March 3, 1815. *Be it enacted, &c., * To be discharged from imprisonment. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby authorized and required to discharge from his imprisonment William P. Bennet, of Seneca county, in the State of New York: *Provided, however,* That the said Bennet shall, previous to obtaining such Act of June 6, 1798, ch. 49.discharge, comply with the provisions of the act, entitled “An act for the relief of persons imprisoned for debts due to the United States” Approved, March 3, 1815.
