Chap. LXXV.— An Act for the relief of Solomon Sibley. May 17, 1824. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is Payment to him for fences, &c.hereby, authorized and directed to pay unto Solomon Sibley, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and three dollars and sixty cents, in full compensation for his fences, necessarily taken for the public use, in the years one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, and one thousand eight hundred and fourteen, at Detroit, in the territory of Michigan. Approved, May 17, 1824.
