March 3, 1819. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officer of the treasuryAccount to be settled. department be, and he is hereby, authorized to audit and settle the accounts of Patrick Callan, late a lieutenant in the second regiment of light dragoons, on principles of justice and equity.
