LXXIV.— An Act *for the relief of Peter Warner, of Indiana.* July 20, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That Peter Warner of Indiana, be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter with the register of the Winnamac land office, Authorized to enter certain land.in that state, the south-east quarter of section one, in township thirty-two north, of range five east, of the public land in the said land district, at the rate of one dollar and twenty-five cents per acre. Approved, July 20, 1840.
