Chap. LXXIV.— An Act *granting a pension to Samuel Shelmerdine.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is herebyName to be placed on pension roll, &c. required to place the name of Samuel Shelmerdine, of the city and county of St. Louis, in the state of Missouri, upon the roll of invalid pensioners, and to pay him at the rate of eight dollars per month during his natural life, commencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-four.
