LXXIII.— An Act *for the relief of Joseph Deshields.*April 20, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorizedAmount of a certain forfeiture to be refunded. and directed to pay to Joseph Deshields, of the state of Virginia, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fifty dollars, being the amount of a forfeiture incurred by the said Joseph Deshields, and by him paid to the collector for the district of Norfolk, in the year eighteen hundred and twenty-two.
