Chap. LXX.— An Act for the relief of the legal representatives of Francis Cazeau, late merchant at Montreal. March 3, 1817. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the sum of forty-two thousand seven hundred and thirty-seven dollars and ninety-three cents be paid, out of any money$42,737.93 to be paid them in full of all claims. in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representatives of Francis Cazeau, late merchant at Montreal, or to his or their assignee or attorney, or other person lawfully entitled to receive the same, in full compensation for all claims against the United States. Approved, March 3, 1817.
